Jupiter represents the part of you that trusts, grows and seeks meaning; Moon, your emotions, your instincts and what makes you feel safe.
The greater benefic and the luminary of feeling in confrontation, lived above all in relationship: emotions and bonds take the foreground, and generally in a warm way — affection is felt and received in abundance, and relations long cultivated begin to bear fruit, with a clear sight of which are worth keeping. The reverse, though, is self-indulgence and want of discipline: the sense that ‘the world owes me’, the becoming demanding without giving in return, the expecting others to take the initiative and growing angry when asked to take it oneself. The Moon is passive, and Jupiter’s opposition only heightens that demand, if it is the less happy side that speaks.
