Refund Policy
In force since June 8, 2026.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold through this site (digital books and courses and chart reports), and forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions. Products are supplied in digital form only, by electronic download or access.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days) and its waiver
Under European Union consumer-protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ceasesonce performance begins with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgement that, by doing so, they lose the right of withdrawal. By accessing, downloading, or starting to consume the digital content, the consumer gives that consent and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal. As long as the content has not been accessed or downloaded, the consumer retains the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period.
3. Defective or non-conforming content
The waiver above does not affectthe consumer's statutory rights where a product is defective, corrupted, unavailable, or does not match its description. In those cases, the consumer is entitled to a remedy (for example, renewed access/download) or a refund, as provided by law. To request this, please contact us describing the problem.
4. How to request support or a refund
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, which acts as the seller of the transaction. Requests for support, invoices, or refunds may be addressed to the Merchant of Record named on your purchase receipt, or directly to almuteminfo@proton.me, quoting the purchase email and order number. Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
