ALMUTEMJupiter Square Midheaven
Jupiter represents the part of you that trusts, grows and seeks meaning; Midheaven, your vocation, your place in the world and your reputation.
Jupiter square the Midheaven swells ambition: a tendency to promise a greatness one does not deliver, to take on more than one can sustain, and a risk to reputation through excess. Well tempered, it still gives the faith and generosity that help one rise.
The square places Jupiter near the Ascendant or the Descendant. Near the Ascendant, personal confidence is enormous and optimism leads to taking on more professional commitments than can be met; near the Descendant, partnerships bring great promises that do not always materialise. Tradition recommends prudence with the word given. But a square from the greater benefic is still benefic: the opportunities exist, and the work is to choose only those that can be honoured.
