Mars represents your energy, your desire and the courage to act; Saturn, your responsible side, your limits and what you build through effort.
The two malefics in friction that grinds within — among the harder tensions. Saturn checks what Mars would launch, and the effort strikes less against circumstance than against an inner feeling of insufficiency and fear. The will lives between impulse and inhibition: it wishes to advance and checks itself. Figures of authority tend to discourage, echoing one’s own doubts, and from this is born a dull irritability, of anger that seethes without venting. It asks prudence: done slowly and thoroughly, the work prospers; in haste, it fails. Well worked, it forges endurance — but at the cost of overcoming one’s own fear.
