Midheaven Conjunction Saturn

Midheaven represents your vocation, your place in the world and your reputation; Saturn, your responsible side, your limits and what you build through effort.

Saturn upon the Midheaven marks the calling with its gravity: a serious career, of responsibility and authority, raised step by step through merit and patience, with a reputation for reliability. The tradition warns of the rise followed by a fall — eminence asks for vigilance. It favours posts of structure, management, and government.

Saturn at the highest point of the chart ties public life to duty, structure and time. The classical trades are those of earth and stone, of administration and of keeping the rules, and today one would add management, engineering, accounting and government. In a day chart Saturn is in its own sect and the rise is more solid. In Capricorn, Aquarius or Libra it gives deserved authority; in Aries, in its fall, impatience with its own pace of ascent. Success comes late, but tends to stay.
