Moon in Pisces

Moon represents your emotions, your instincts and what makes you feel safe. In Pisces, it expresses itself with imagination, compassion and a dreamy side.

The Moon in Pisces is peregrine, taken in by Jupiter in this mutable water sign. Though without dignity of its own, its moist nature finds itself in a house of kindred element and of benevolent lord, and hence a tender, compassionate feeling that absorbs everything and is moved by everything. It inclines to a mild, dreamy temper, given to pity and to retreat, too sensitive to what surrounds it, like a sponge that gathers the water around it. The emotions dilute without firm outline, and from that want of margin come fantasy, flight and easy surrender. It gives rich imagination, devotion, charity and a love of waters and of the hidden. The mother, in a nocturnal chart, appears gentle, suffering or self-denying, perhaps marked by losses. As the Moon moves the fluids, the feet and the humours of the body ask for care, and wine deceives. The profit lies in goodness and intuition; the danger is to dissolve and lose oneself in dream.
