Jupiter in House 2
Jupiter represents the part of you that trusts, grows and seeks meaning. House 2 is the house of your possessions and your livelihood: the money you earn, the things you own and your relationship with resources. It speaks of your ability to provide and to feel secure.
In the second house — of movable goods and of gain — Jupiter is determined to substance and wealth, which have ever been his own concern. A succedent house, of middling force, and averse for not beholding the angle of the horizon; but the significator of abundance set upon the house of money is one of the most fitting meetings there is. It inclines to goods that come with ease, to honest gain, to ample means to live without constraint. It gives an open hand in spending and a fortune that remakes itself, a prosperity that comes from law, from faith, from teaching or counsel — from the trades of Jupiter. It tends to keep misery away and to give wherewith to be generous, for wealth, in this star, is not for hoarding but for using well. The succedent house holds what the angle does not give at once. Whether the gain is plentiful or measured, and how firmly it is kept, remains to be seen.
