Jupiter in House 5
Jupiter represents the part of you that trusts, grows and seeks meaning. House 5 is the house of pleasure and creation: children, love affairs, games, art and everything you do for the sheer joy of it. It's where life is celebrated and something new is brought into being.
The fifth house is that of children, pleasures, games, and all that is made for delight — and Jupiter, planet of fruitfulness and joy, expresses itself here with particular happiness, though at half strength (succedent). It inclines toward numerous, healthy children who are a source of pride and profit, and toward a life rich in honest pleasures, festivity, and good company; it favours creation, ventures of taste, and even good luck in games and speculation. Dignified in its sign, it promises fortunate offspring, talent, and a serene enjoyment of life; afflicted, it slips into excess in pleasures, lavish spending on children and amusements, and a fruitfulness squandered in intemperance.
