It inclines toward an affectionate spouse, popular or tied to the people, toward a union full of mutual care but subject to changes of mood, and toward dealings and partnerships with the public and with many; it favours the trades of dealing with the multitude, and, being also the house of adversaries, may bring enemies among common folk or women. Dignified in its sign, it gives a devoted mate and profit from dealing with the public; afflicted, it brings instability in marriage, a fickle mate, or quarrels that rise and fall like the tide.
