Saturn in House 10
Saturn represents your responsible side, your limits and what you build through effort. House 10 is the house of your place in the world: your career, your calling, honours and reputation. It's the very top of the chart — what you're recognised for in public.
In the tenth house — of profession, of honours, of fame, and of public destiny — Saturn finds an angle, where he acts in full, and the highest and most visible house of the chart: it is his greatest stage, planet of authority, of structure, and of time, determined to the career, to the public name, and to the place the native holds in the world. It inclines to professions of responsibility, of management, and of long building — lands, buildings, institutions, trades that ask patience and feet well set — and to a course that rises slowly, by steps won with work and not by favour. It gives a serious ambition and the respect that comes from proven competence, with a taste for command and for order. But the tenth is, for Saturn, a house of rising and of falling: it points as much to the eminence reached by effort as to the risk of a tumble after the height, above all when hardness, coldness, or excess of zeal drive away those who help to sustain a position.
