Saturn in House 10
Saturn represents your responsible side, your limits and what you build through effort. House 10 is the house of your place in the world: your career, your calling, honours and reputation. It's the very top of the chart — what you're recognised for in public.
Saturn is the planet of limit, of time, and of prolonged effort; cold and dry, it builds slowly and exacts every step. In the tenth house — that of profession, honours, and public destiny — it finds an angular place, where its influence is expressed in full and in plain sight. It inclines toward a career built with discipline, patience, and a sense of duty, more by accumulated merit than by a stroke of luck; it favours posts of responsibility, authority, and management. Tradition (Bonatti) warns, however, that Saturn at this angle tends to a rise followed by a fall, unless well-disposed in its sign: the eminence attained calls for vigilance, lest it be lost. In good condition, it gives a solid and lasting reputation, won with the weight of years.
