Saturn in House 7

Saturn represents your responsible side, your limits and what you build through effort. House 7 is the house of the other: marriage, partnerships and agreements — and your openly declared rivals too. It's the mirror in which you meet whoever stands before you.

In the seventh house — of marriage, of partnerships, and of dealings with the other, and also of declared enemies — Saturn, in an angle, expresses himself in full and cools this house of relation. Determined to dealings with the close other, he inclines to late, serious unions, or ones with a difference of age, to a spouse older, sober, or demanding, and to a bond made of duty and duration more than of passion. He favours stable partnerships and long-running contracts, though he may bring them weight, coldness, or distance; and, being also the house of adversaries, he points to enemies persistent and obstinate, who do not let go of what they begin. Saturn here gives a partner and a partnership that resist time, settled on loyalty and the given word — provided the native does not let duty cool the affection nor reserve turn into a solitude shared by two.
