It's your innermost foundation, and also where everything ends — the harbour you come back to.
In the fourth house — of home, of parents, of roots, of real estate and of the end of life — the Sun finds an angle, the deepest and most hidden of the heavens, the foundation beneath the feet. The angular house gives full strength to the luminary, though it be among the houses held difficult, for looking to what is hidden and to what ends. The star that signifies the father, in a diurnal chart, is here in its own matter: it lights the origin, the paternal house, the inheritance and the soil. It inclines to bind dignity to lineage and home, to build from the root, to leave a name that endures in the property and in the memory of the family. It casts light over the beginning and the end of life, over what is inherited and what is bequeathed. Strong in the angle but turned inward, the Sun here acts according to the condition it brings from the sign.
