Venus in House 6
Venus represents what you love, what gives you pleasure and the things you value. House 6 is the house of the small daily work and the health of the body: your tasks, your routines, those who work for you and the little ailments. It asks for care — it's where the body shows its signs and where you serve, day by day.
In the sixth house — of small labour, routines, subordinates, and bodily illness —, Venus expresses itself weakened (cadent) and in an averse house that does not behold the Ascendant; even the lesser benefic yields here less than it might. It inclines toward work tied to beauty, art, comfort, or pleasure, and toward cordial and affectionate relations with those who serve or are served. As for health, Venus being given to enjoyment, it may signal ills born of excess, of good living, or of the appetites — of the throat, the kidneys, or the intimate sphere. Well disposed, it gives a pleasant craft and loyal subordinates; ill-disposed, it brings illness through intemperance, grief with servants, and pleasures that undermine the health.
