Jupiter in House 6

Jupiter represents the part of you that trusts, grows and seeks meaning. House 6 is the house of the small daily work and the health of the body: your tasks, your routines, those who work for you and the little ailments. It asks for care — it's where the body shows its signs and where you serve, day by day.

In the sixth house — of small labour, routines, subordinates, and bodily illness —, Jupiter expresses itself weakened (cadent) and in an averse house that does not behold the Ascendant; even the greater benefic yields here less than it might. Even so, its protective nature shields the health, eases illness, and favours cure, and gives good subordinates, cordial relations with those who serve, and profit in work of assistance, care, or counsel — often tied to medicine, religion, or charity. Well disposed, it gives resistant health and an honoured if humble craft; ill-disposed, it brings ailments of the liver and of excess, and burdens of work that goodwill cannot lighten.
