Saturn in House 5
Saturn represents your responsible side, your limits and what you build through effort. House 5 is the house of pleasure and creation: children, love affairs, games, art and everything you do for the sheer joy of it. It's where life is celebrated and something new is brought into being.
The fifth house is that of children, pleasures, games, and all that is made for delight. Saturn, cold and barren, expresses itself here at half strength (succedent) and curbs the spontaneous joy of this domain. It inclines toward few children, late children, or a grave and dutiful bond with them, often with delay or grief before having them; and toward a nature held back in pleasure and affection, little given to festivity. It favours, in exchange, serious and lasting creative work and a mature relation with what one begets. When the sign sustains it, it gives children who are a mainstay and work that endures; when it afflicts it, it seals this field with frustration, loss, or barrenness.
