Moon in House 5
Moon represents your emotions, your instincts and what makes you feel safe. House 5 is the house of pleasure and creation: children, love affairs, games, art and everything you do for the sheer joy of it. It's where life is celebrated and something new is brought into being.
The fifth house is that of children, pleasures, games, and all that is made for delight. The Moon expresses itself here at half strength (succedent) and, being a planet of fruitfulness, blesses this domain with its fertility. It inclines toward children — often numerous — and toward a strong instinct to care for and nourish the offspring, toward pleasures tied to company, family, and the public, and toward a creative, changeful, and affectionate sensibility; tastes and amusements tend to vary with time and mood. Dignified in its sign, it promises fruitfulness, beloved children, and a life of heartfelt enjoyments; afflicted, it brings restlessness or instability with the offspring, or pleasures that shift at the whim of the mood.
